We believe the yoga practices are a gateway to embrace the subtleties to reveal your Highest Self.

Join Suzanne and faculty for an advanced Anusara Hatha Vinyasa 300 hour program to refine and expand beyond the components introduced in the 200 hour program as you dive into the vastness of the Yoga philosophies and practices.

This program journeys through a variety of incredibly effective teaching methodologies and goes deeper into various subjects of healing modalities through anatomy and biomechanics, breath work and therapeutics, as well as traditional healing sciences such as Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. These methods aim to guide you to expand your awareness and awaken into the next phase of your teaching path!

step into the subtleties

This course invites you to remember that the small refinements of the mind, body, breath, behaviour and lifestyle become the heart of matter. These add up to become the seed, i.e., the heart of pure potentiality. Within this seed are the revolutionary powers of Grace, which invite us to awaken, expand and celebrate life. These powers of Grace are here to bring forth order and balance, as well as bestow joy, beauty, clarity, nourishment, creativity and ease.

open to grace

As teachers, one of the highest practices is our studentship. Returning to the practice with a true desire to reflect, learn and grow in order to enhance the ways in which we lead is at the root of any authentic teacher. This training will guide you to stand in your most authentic teaching style/voice to awaken your creative potential and access your power.

impact and serve the world

You will be invited to create a community based project to bring the teachings of yoga out into the world in an accessible and sustainable manner. Your unique passions within the Yogic traditions, authentic teaching voice and ability to hold space for these teachings to reach a larger demographic is what will help transform the world!

We are each encoded to awaken, refine and reaveal to live in alignment with our Souls purpose.

The learnings I took away about myself, my body and my relationships with others still come into play for me on a daily basis.

I first met Suzanne many years ago and was immediately struck by her presence and obvious wisdom. I knew then that I would one day end up studying with her.

In a time when there seems to be a glut of teacher training options, studying with Suzanne gives access to a depth of knowledge and experience that seems to be missing in much of the modern yoga world. The asana practice was always powerful, our meditation and pranayama practices were beautifully deep investigations within, and I found the discussions of yoga philosophy and study of the texts to be incredibly rich and rewarding.

Suzanne is a true teacher and I believe epitomises what those of us who are still learning our craft should aspire to. She has inspired me on my journey more than I’m sure she even realises, and I am blessed to call her a teacher of mine.
