Join Suzanne as she invites students to strengthen and open the primary joints of the body, including shoulder and hip joints, through an exploration of backbends. Remember Your Nature - The Divine Feminine
Explore philosophical and theoretical aspects of Sakti within a Hindu Mythic perspective. Suzanne will dive into how these concepts are deeply woven into our modern day consciousness and collective fabric of humanity.
Suzanne will demonstrate how these perspectives can be woven into a yoga practice by guiding students through a full spectrum asana practice, including pranayama and meditation. Suzanne will outline specific teaching methods for theming with the mythic frameworks of Sakti.
Explore various meditation practices which will be based upon mythic frameworks of Sakti, including methods around transforming negative patterns into liberating forces. The session will include restorative postures, tantric philosophy, meditation, visualizations and pranayama. All levels welcome.
